DAY 1. Your guide will meet you at your hotel at 8:00 in the morning for a meet and greet and discussion for the trip ahead. Afterwards, there will be a hike to Puka Ventana just outside of the city to begin our acclimatization. We will then return to the hotel for a gear check.
DAY 2. We will trek to Laguna Churup at 4,500m (14,763ft). The hike offers great views of rolling hills and the higher peaks of the cordillera along the way, and the opportunity to dip our feet in the lake and enjoy a nice lunch before heading back to our hotel.
